Every effort is pursued to ensure the highest measure of repair service at Grand National Auto Body. Continuing education for owner and team members is a big part of that process.
Our owner, Robert Salinas, regularly attends informative workshops, seminars, and class leadership programs in an effort to learn more about the automotive industry that is ever changing. Robert is a hands-on owner and manager and likes to share the valuable information that he learns to help improve our day to day operation. Our auto body technicians also attend training classes through I-CAR.
Aside from attending classes and workshops, our team works with outside companies that provide feedback on our customers’ level of satisfaction and our technicians performance.
We are apprised of our customer’s approval of our work through a program called CRX. CRX provides monthly evaluations from customers on our work, and at the same time, the program ranks our shop against local and national auto body shops. Our Grand National Team has consistently received an impressive score of 98 percent customer satisfaction.
Another program that we work closely with is VeriFacts Automotive. VeriFacts Automotive consistently checks that our auto body shop has the equipment and resources we need to continue accurate repairs according to factory standards.
Our auto body technicians also utilize a program called ALLDATA for repair procedures according to manufacturer guidelines. Our Grand National Team believes in making the repair process simple and hassle free for the customer.
Receiving an estimate is easier than ever at Grand National. Upload pictures of your car that needs repairs to the Grand National Website, and we’ll write you an estimate. Once we see your car in person, we will make any needed adjustments at that time.
